Push-Up Support

About this product Solid construction for a reliable training experience: These dip bars utilize thickened steel tubing and a robust frame geometry for high rigidity with minimal flex under load. The larger set features a mix of 1.2 mm square and 1.5 mm round tubing, providing load-bearing capacity up to 800 lb (363 kg), while the more compact version with 1.5 mm tubing supports up to 440 lb (200 kg). A durable coating resists scratches and maintains its attractive appearance. Easy height adjustment for optimal ergonomics: The station can be assembled in minutes and then adjusted in increments. The large set covers seven height levels from approximately 37" (935 mm) to 49" (1250 mm), growing with your progress in grip width and exercise variety. The more compact version offers three practical height settings, ranging from approximately 30'762 mm to 39'991 mm, allowing for quick adjustment to different body sizes and ranges of motion. Locking nuts with a textured grip enable easy transfers between athletes. A stable base with thoughtful bracing: A low center of gravity and wide base, along with the connecting crossbar on the larger model, ensure stability during the eccentric phase. Four triangular reinforcements on the legs reduce torsion and improve power transfer to the floor. The smaller version features a modular design that can be quickly disassembled and stacked compactly, making it ideal for home gyms, guest rooms, or as a mobile setup in the office. Comfortable grips and durable details: Grip zones are covered with dense foam that remains grippy even during intense workouts and protects hands from the cold. The material is tear-resistant and withstands everyday wear and tear from rings, straps, or chalk. Precisely drilled holes facilitate assembly and eliminate play in the connections. The surface coating remains colorfast and is resistant to hand perspiration and cleaning routines. Versatile full-body workout in a small space: Use the station for dips, push-ups, L-sit raises, knee raises, leg raises, scapular drills, or assisted front lever progressions. Combine these exercises in supersets to efficiently strengthen your chest, triceps, shoulder girdle, lats, and core. The FA004's wider range allows for more leverage and added weight, while the FA005's modular design enables quick location changes. Thanks to its portable design, the setup can be moved from the living room to the home gym or break room and just as quickly packed away again. This allows you to integrate short workouts into your daily routine, increase grip strength and stability, and progress without requiring much space.
